I am an admissions rep for a college and I found my job careerbuilder.com.

I am a nurse...I knew that I wanted to work in a NICU when I graduated and that the hospital I work at has the best NICU in the area so that is were I applied at. I am now a supervisor in that department and I got that job because my manager came to me and told me she thought I would do well in that role so I decided to apply and got the job.

I work in IT and got my job because my friend's mom told me about the opening.

I work in Marketing for an online retailer and got this position through a friend's, assistant's then boyfriend :-)  Way to network!  I quit my job 5 years ago because I wanted to try something new and spread the word and my resume to all my friend's and family.  My friend's assistant mentioned the job because her boyfriend wanted the $5k referral bonus.  He referred me and got it.  I got a coffee as a thank you :-)
