My baby crack machine quit rotating

The projector light still works but it doesn't move.

Did this happen with anyone elses? We haven't had it that long!!

    i would contact homemedics and see if they can send you another one (or the place you got it...i am still trying to find the one with the projector and i cannot find it anywhere)

    We got ours at BB&B. I don't have the box anymore, just the paperwork. I'll give them a call and hopefully they can get us one that works!

    Sounds odd, but ours sometimes stops too and we point the projector up at the ceiling, and smack it with the palm of your hand and it starts moving again! LOL sounds so dumb but it works!

    I'll have to give this a shot later. DD is asleep right now!

    Ours quit rotating the other day too!  I was just going to go back in BB&B and buy a new one, use that packaging and receipt to take the broken one back.  I'm awful though.
