Anyone have pain AFTER the HSG?

Hi again.

So, this morning's HSG was not so bad - not as bad as yesterday's scope was!

But now, about 3 hours later, I'm having pretty severe cramps. Dr. Google tells me that cramping after happens sometimes, but I'm wondering if any of you fine ladies have had this?

I had some fairly mild ones, but I loaded up on the ibuprofen before the test. Most docs say you can take more after the test if you experience cramps. Hope you got good results!

yeah. i felt fine at first but then was a bit miserable later. take some ibuprofen and relax!

I had terrible pain during the HSG, but was fine a few minutes later.  Hope you feel better!  I would load up on the advil.

I haven't had one myself but I wanted to say I'm sorry your crampy.  I swear if AF and getting poked and prodded isn't enough.  Feel better.

 ETA: I just saw your other post, YAY for clear tubes!!

I figured out what the pain was from - I had the Scope and HSG on back-to-back days. The Scope was bad, the HSG, not so bad (in comparison). But I think that from having two days where my insides were cramping and sort of clenching because of pain, I basically tired out my abs.

They are still a little sore today, but i can laugh without wincing.

And yes, I did take more ibuprofen last night. Oh, Advil, how I have missed you.
