Another Day Care Question - South OC

Hi Ladies, another Day Care question for you. We are probably going to be relocating to the San Clemente area from Carlsbad in April of next year and I figure I need to start looking around for daycares and getting on some lists. LO will be 14 mo. then and we will need full time M-F care. I will be working in either MV or Irvine so anywhere in the area would be fine. I appreciate your suggestions!

Why are you leaving Carlsbad?  I love it down there.    

I cannot speak from experience, but a coworker takes her kids to this place in Irvine (link below) that was recommended by her pediatrician.

 In Mission Viejo, there is a place called Nobis Preschool.  I have another coworker that takes her daughter to the Nobis in Capo Beach which is much older than the MV one.  I would expect the MV one to be nicer and newer, but comparable since they have the same owners.

There are also the normal chain ones that I am sure you can find...Kindercare, TutorTime, Kiddie Academy, etc.

 

Once you find out more of where you will be working, let me know.  MV and Irvine is a rather large area, so there should be a lot to chose from.

Thank you! This is great info... We aren't sure yet if we are moving but my job could have me moving to another office and I am already commuting to MV from Carlsbad and having to commute any further on a daily basis is not an option.
