Somewhat new here and OMG

Hi! ?I have posted here a few times within the few months. ?I am 37 and have had a few medical "issues" while TTC. ?However... I just got a BFP!!! ?I am still in shock. ?A little backstory on my history: ?I have had 2 laps for ovarian cysts. ?Last month we saw an RE. ?I had an ultrasound of ovaries, an ?HSG and found out that I have 1 blocked fallopian tube. ?We were going to have blood work and a SA after AF this month. ?But it turns out we don't need it. ?AF has ?always right on time even w/ my cysts so I POAS...4 times to be exact (3 dollar tree & 1 digital). ?I am going to call dr. for a blood test. ?I know ovarian cysts can give a false positive so I am keeping that in the back of my head just in case. ?But since AF is very punctual I am keeping my fingers crossed that I am KO. ?I actually stopped charting in June since RE said that the using CBEFM was enough. ?Thanks for the advice in the past ?and for listening!!

Congrats!  Maybe the HSG helped just clear out the one tube enough to allow you to get pg.  There are people who get pg after their HSG because it's cleared the way.
