#1 was my lie

Although our neighbor's daughter did fall into our pool when I was kid and the neighbor behind us rescued her.

As for the others, when I was a waitress, a guy at the bar asked the bartender to call me over and he handed me $500 and left.  The poor bartender-he didn't pay her so I gave her $100.  And I know what you're thinking and no, it wasn't THAT kind of place I worked at!  It was a family owned place like Outback and I guess he would randomly give money to some of the girls, but usually only $100 or so.

I left my car running once and ran into a gas station to get orange juice.. While I was in the gas staion, my car slipped into reverse, missed some gas pumps, fit perfectly between two parked cars in a space that was only as wide as a parking space, jumped two sets of parking blocks and hit a restaurant.  Luckily, it was early in the morning and the restaurant had an all brick front.  It was the longest walk of my life to get my car in front of all the people at the station who saw that!
