I wish Emilia wasn't so prone to destruction and danger.
I was given a nice necklace, bracelet and earrings (her ears aren't pierced) and I just want her to be able to wear the jewelry without her trying to break it.
She loves jewelry, wants to wear it all the time and we have been practicing "being nice" with her play jewelry but it usually ends up with beads on the floor or her trying to shovel them in her mouth. Freaking choking hazards.
tell me I am not alone. Your 2 yr old does it too.
Re: vent
mine is pretty good with her jewelry- but books in her bed end up in confetti sized shreds...
She is fine with books in the daytime- but every once in awhile, she will sneak a book into her crib, I won't notice, and she'll have i in shreds when I go to get her up. I mean, she even picks the covers apart- board books, paper books- anything that can be picked or peeled..
very sneaky.
She throws stuff in her bed and then covers it up for later ( naps or bedtime,) I don't see it unless I check, and then she has the contraband all night long . It took me awhile to catch onto how she was doing it, but I busted her! now I need to get better at checking...
