Perhaps everyone already knew about these, but they're delicious for something that's dairy, soy and gluten-free! BTW, my doc said the reason chocolate often needs to be avoided is not the chocolate itself, but the milkfats in the chocolate - he was right, DS has been fine with these so far! Thank goodness, too b/c I've been dying for some chocolate.
I made chocolate chip cookies with them (using spectrum shortening and earth balance soy-free buttery spread instead of butter; oat flour instead of regular) and they're actually great!
What are your favorite finds? I'm currently soy and dairy free right now and always looking for new foods!

Oooh, that does suck I definitely can't go overboard, either b/c of the caffeine. Sigh....
Ghiradelli chocolate chips are also dairy/soy free. I have a delicious chocolate chip cookie recipe I can pass along.
I like Rice Krispie Treats (made with Fleischman's Unsalted margarine), Oreos and Stauffer's Animal Crackers.
I *love* Enjoy Life Foods. Their Choco Choco Boom Boom bars that have rice krispies in them are delish! Also their Cocoa Loco bars and Happy Apple cookies are staples in our home. I just bought their Cranapple Granola to try, too. I hope it's good!
We also like Perky's Nutty Rice cereal (Perky's is owned by Enjoy Life). I've been avoiding soy and dairy as well recently, so I tried rice milk but wasn't a fan. I eat the Nutty Rice in a bowl with a drizzle of honey, some raisins mixed in, and cinnamon sugar sprinkled on. It's delicious!
If you're looking for meats, Hormel's Natural Choice lunchmeats are Top-8 free, and Jennie-O Turkey hot dogs are also dairy and soy free. If you have a Whole Foods or similar store nearby, Applegate Farms makes delicious chicken apple sausages that are also Top-8 free.
I've never heard about the Earth Balance spread--what is it made of?

Found it yesterday at Whole Foods - it's actually pretty good, for "fake" butter (and it seemed to do well w/ the baking process). No soy, GMOs, gluten, non-dairy, vegan. Made from palm fruit, canola, safflower and olive oils.
