In less than a month we have been to New Orleans (for my hs reunion), Denver (to finalize a place to live and find a day care), and San Diego for DH's family reunion. If I never get on a plane with a toddler again I would be ok with that.

It's why i am not going to my 10 year high school reunion.  Since ike's been born we've been to FL 3 times and we've driven to SC, no more traveling thank you, lol

Ugh, Im with ya.  Whenever we move into our house we are not going ANYWHERE for like, a year haha!  Everyone can come to us!  If we have to, I am definitely forking over the money to get him his own seat so he can be strapped in his carseat... even if it means some serious money saving!

Boo! We've been thinking about planning a trip but I keep asking myself is it really going to be worth it. I'm starting to think maybe we should just do a staycation instead.

we leave in a week too!  I"m so freakin nervous.  I'm just going to strap that kid to my chest and she will have to deal with it.

One trip = not so bad. I think more than the plane (she did have her own seat once b/c the flight wasn't full) was the screwing with her sleep. If we sleep in the same room, she doesn't sleep as well and neither do we. And nap time in a new place, what a joke. She would rather be exploring. The only time she took a nap was in the car.

I so sacred for next month's flight.  I don't think she is going to want to stay still for the 3 hours.  I pray that the flights are not full so she can move around.  BTW we stopped at Eddies on the way back from NO and loved it.

Really the flights aren't that bad. Just bring lots of stuff to do and eat. It is the crabby baby at the end of the trip who won't sleep that I am over. See picture below. It was our last day in the hotel. I'm glad you liked Eddie's!

Ditto avz, the actual traveling isn't so bad, for me, it was my family that drove me crazy.  Ike is NOT a cute accessory!  My mom wouldtry to schedule all this crap and would get mad because i would let ike deviate from his schedule as much as she wanted.

She's so cute at our GTGs that this is NOT a face I would ever expect from her.    Poor shmoo!

We won't be travelling with T for a while and now I'm kind of glad, hee!

oh goodness!  One trip = OK, multiple, multiple = yikes!  Sorry, but I had to give a chuckle at the photo, but then thought about poor you and quit chuckling - hopefully you can find some cheapO new toys and food to keep her occupied.  Good luck!!

Awww poor C.  I KNOW we will be in this hell next week.  Getting Addy to nap now takes is horrible.  I can't imagine at a hotel.
