For the past few years I've suspected that I might have this (my dad has it as well). Now that I'm nearing the end of my 2nd tri, it's becoming almost unbearable, both at night and during the day. Whether it's pre-existing or pregnancy-related, I'm really hoping that it will decrease after my twins are born.
Does anyone have any experience with RLS? Any tips for finding relief? I've read that increased iron could help. I plan on discussing it with my OB at my next appt 7/27

I've had issues with RLS. I was on Mirapex for it before we planned on doing the IVF cycle. It helped, but is not a preg-safe med.
Oddly enough, starting the prenatal vitamin (with iron) offered me about the same amount of relief. Other things that I've found help... low stress levels (hahahahaha - so easy to control) and good hydration.
