Daycare?

Has anyone already found there daycare provider?  When did you decide for sure?

    I have.  It was easy this time because LO is going to the same daycare as DD.

    This was the first baby related thing I did because the wait lists are so long in my area and daycare really stresses me out.  Most people in my area start looking sometime in their first trimester, but I think it really depends on your specific situation. I have no family local thats available to care for baby, no flexible work hours to accommodate telecommuting or part time return from maternity leave, no financial ability to quit my job entirely etc so I knew that I couldnt just wait and take care of that when I was on maternity leave. If you have more safety nets so to speak, you can put it off longer Im sure.
