Hey Ladies,

DH and I found out we're pregnant with twins about 3 weeks ago (di-di). It took about 1 week to screw our heads back on and about 2 weeks to figure out Moms of Multiples are our best resource.  As well intentioned as those moms of singletons are, they are limited in the helpful department. So, here I am! Hold my hand, I don't know what I'm doing!

Congrats!!!! How exciting! This board is an awesome resource for all of your questions, concerns, vents, symptoms, etc.--WELCOME!

Many of the women here who are already moms of multiples will help answer anything you want to ask. We PG ladies with multiples will help out and relate with all the symptoms and changes we go through in a multiples' pregnancy.

 

P.S. A good "starting place" IMO is getting (if you haven't already) Dr. Barbara Luke's book called When You're Expecting Twins, Triplets, or Quads. It's a great ref. book for all that goes into a multiples PG! HTH

You're right, you have to have "been there, done that" to really understand and be able to give advice.
