Is your daycare provider licensed?  If she is if I was you I would report her.  1st why are the kids sleeping on a different floor than she is on, 2nd he shouldn't be excluded from the group like that (this can make him feel like he is "bad" which he isn't) 3rd how is he able to get into all of these things when she is watching him?  I would NOT  pay for these pictures don't give into that.  It was her fault not yours.  I don't think I would be using her anymore.  Does she happen to work for a system?

Yes, she is licensed and certified in the State of MD.  I am looking for new daycare, I just haven't found anything yet.

A great point was made that it could have been medications of some sort that he could have taken and he'd be f*cking dead by now.  I am going to talk to my husband about asking my bff next door if she can keep the kids until I find new daycare.  I just don't think I can keep this on because it's almost as if it's a game of finding new daycare of my kid gets killed, whichever comes first and that's just not right.  And I just cannot take off work in the meantime.
