I saw this artcle on AOL this morning- not a good way to start my day!! I hate when people treat kids like this and I hope something is done about their intolerance!! Discrimination is wrong on all levels and children should never be exposed to this kind of behavior.

The article was linked on Fark.com a couple of days ago and I agree with everyone else - that's shameful that stuff like that still goes on now.  Those poor kids are wondering what the hell THEY did wrong when it's other people's antiquated idiocy that's to blame.  Morons.

I hope they get a giant settlement and laugh at these a-holes all the way through grad school.

I agree with this!  And this quote from the story since I grew up near Philly...
