Another Cleaning Service Question

I am thinking about getting an estimate from some cleaning services...if you use one, is it the same person that comes to your house each time?  I don't think I would be comfortable with the person changing all the time.  Also, other than Molly Maid, what other companies are out there or how did you go about finding your cleaning person?  Word of mouth?

They send a team of 2-3 people. They do mix the teams up a bit, but I usually recognize at least one person on the team.

We found ours through Angie's List, which is a fantastic resource for any homeowner. We love ours and they do a way better job than any of the "chains" (like Molly Maid) that we've used in the past.

I got a referral from our neighbors.  We use a woman who has her own business, so it is her every time.  We've been extremely happy.

I found both of ours through word of mouth, family friends.  Start asking rich people you know, LOL.  That's how I found my 2nd.

I completely 100% trust our lady, and she even has a key to our house.  I don't like ot be there when she's cleaning, I feel like I'm in the way.  I wouldn't be able to trust some random Molly Maids or whatever.

We use Merry Maids. They send 2-3 people each time but the lead person is always the same. I like them because they are bonded and insured and do background checks. We've been using them for 5 years.

Our team is usually the same 2 or 3 ladies but sometimes there is a new face.  The owner of the service comes by pretty regularly to either help clean or just drop in and check on the team (love that).

Ours is a team of 3-4 people.  I believe it's the same people every time or at least the same supervisor every team.  We found a local company when they sent out fliers in the mail.
