Need help with name combinations

We have had names picked out forever lol

The combinations is what is throwing us off. 

For first names we like: Lucas or Jacob

For the middle names we want to honor our parents. William is a name popular in both his family and mine. My stepdad's name is Philip. 

The combinations is what is throwing us off. 

Jacob Philip is a mouthful but I don't think Jacob William sounds right either. Lucas William sounds good and so does Lucas Philip. 

Arg. I dunno, what do you all think?

you still have lots of time to pick out a name, dont stress. it will come to you! those combinations are a bit tricky. good luck!

Using Lucas or Jacob as the FIRST name does make these combinations more tricky IMO. However, if you use your middle names first then they flow quite nicely.

I know it's kind of a pain to use the middle name as the main name, and that schools and nurses will constantly call the wrong name and have to be corrected,  but it's an idea.

I agree with this - I especially like William Lucas.

But, if opposed to the mn as fn idea, Lucas William would be my top choice.

I like Jacob William a lot. I'm not a huge fan of Lucas. It's just ok.?
