I drop M off at daycare at 8am and usually nurse between 7 and 7:30am. I then pump EVERY DAY at 10am, 1pm, and 4pm. I have supply issues if I don't pump 3 times, so to me this is very important and non-negotiable. I usually get home and nurse around 6pm. Hope this helps!

I work from 6:30 to 4:30, so I pump prior to waking my little guy...about 4:45AM, and then i pump at around 9AM, 12 or 1PM, and 4PM. I sometimes do 10AM and 2PM if I'm in meetings and cannot make it to a 3rd pump. This makes me have to pump right when i get home at the 5PM hour. I also pump at 9PM once my little man is in bed.
He is bottlefed breastmilk as he had an ear infection two weeks prior to my return to work, and the doctor had us exclusively feeding him in bottles that week. Didn't succeed at getting him back on the breast, so it's been pump bottles ever since.
I get enough to feed him daily plus one to two extra bottles for freezing.
