How does your son like the puddle jumper? We got the same one but haven't used it yet.

    He loves it so far.  I love it too because it allows all three of us to be in the pool together since Sam can swim all around on his own and I can hold Max. 

    I think it took him a minute or two to figure out how to navigate around the pool with it on and once he did, it has been great.  You'll have to let me know what you think once you use yours.
