I did find out what #2 is, but my DH doesn't want to know.  So the only people who know are me and my OB.  I have kept this secret for SO long. . . I am actually very proud of myself! 

 

How are things with you???  Give me an update!  Did Brooke just turn 3??  Ahhhh!!!!  Happy bday, Brooke!

Things are preety good. B did turn Three in June. We had a nice party for her. I can't believe she's already Three Ang...all the baby stuff is now gone. Its just so bittersweet!

I have to send you pics from her 3rd bday.

How's my little Ava? What's she up to? Is she excited for her brother to arrive? lol

Well, Brooke looks like an absolute teenager!  It is bittersweet with them growing up.  Ava's doing great!  I'm transitioning her to a big girl room next week - yikes!  And potty training is our summer project (and tips???).  She knows a baby is coming, but I'm sure she's not prepared for it to be coming home and staying FOR GOOD. So, you're feeling boy??

Does big girl room=big girl bed or is she already in a big girl bed?

I made sure to tell B for about a month prior, just about every day that pretty soon, she'll be wearing undies and no more diapers. When the day came, I told her todays the day. We stayed in for 2 days straight and stayed in underwear and pull ups for bedtime/nap (which she doesn't take). Day one, was pretty much accidents all day. Day two, less accidents, more potty success. Day three, she was pretty much done and we were able to go out (I brought her potty seat) and I made sure to always be close to a bathroom.

Has she shown any interest in the potty?

I don't know what I'm feeling. I could see Ava with a sister but I'm thinking Boy.

Yayy, can't wait to see them!

Big girl room=big girl bed.  She's ready.  And I have to get that nursery ready - I'm having a planned c/s on 8/31. 

 

Thank you for the potty training tips - I am SO going to just do the same thing!  She has shown interest - I am thinking in the next couple of weeks after she's used to her new room.  Enough change for this kid.

I totally agree, let her get used to the room first. Poor kid won't know what hit her with all the change!

We did the PT back in December but just finally dropped the paci and moved her to a bed when she turned three.
