I know it sounds gross, but in pill form? This is supposed to help your hormones go back to normal (pre-preg) and is better than an anti-depressent for post partum depression. Also, it is supposed to be really good for menopause. I guess the pills will last until you hit menopause. Just dissregard the picture! LOL
