Anyone do Stroller Strides?

I did it and loved it but money issues came up and I had to stop.  It was worth it to me.  You can try a class before you pay to see if you like it as well.

No, but they sponsor a free playgroup and I go to that - does that count as exercise??

I've heard that Stroller Fit is a harder workout than Stroller Strides if you have both to choose from in your area.
