OK - I spent some time on Monday making some veggie purees from her book (Orange, Purple, White, Green).
I made the "Breakfast Cookies and Milk" which have ricotta cheese, wheat germ, wheat flour, crushed Total cereal, cinnamon, etc....low sugar
I made the Chocolate Chip Pancakes with wheat germ, ground almonds, wheat flour, yogurt, etc. and a few chocolate chips.
Today for the boys lunch I sent then boxed "White" mac-n-cheese in to which I added the carrot/sweet potato puree.

So far - the boys DEVOURED the cookies. I gave them one when they got home from school and 5 cookies EACH later, I gave them some fruit and that was their dinner.
The pancakes are for this weekend but DH and I think they taste awesome.
I am hoping the mac-n-cheese goes over well!

Pretty close. One thing I have been doing is "making" my own yogurt with plain unsweetened yogurt, pureed fruit and agave syurp to cut down on their sugar intake.
