light over changing table

Our nursery has a little cut out space where I'm putting the changing table. There is a light there as well. I want to put this light over the table, but I don't know if I need a lot of light there or not. This light takes an 11w bulb, so I know it won't be super bright. Will I regret getting this light? Do you need to have a bright light over the changing table? TIA

i don't think you need  a lot of light over the changing table, but it is super cute and i think your baby will love to look up at this!  i have a white lamp in the nursery and i change things up with blue and red bulbs.  my dd seems to really enjoy the colors!

We put one of those push button lights. Its round and sticks to the wall and you push it to turn it on and off. It was inexpensive and gives off the right amount of light. It was easy.

I'm not sure what the underside of that lamp looks like, but I'd be concerned if the bulb were exposed--I wouldn't want LO to be looking up right into a bright bulb (even 11 watts).
