anyone know how to get vomit out of a down comforter?

After three mini vomits, Grayson and I headed to bed. I put a down comforter on the floor next to his big boy bed in case he fell out in the night. We call it (HA!) "the nest" ...

sometimes he falls asleep there instead of in bed. Whatevs.

He and I were cuddling in the nest ... he climbed into bed. He couldn't get comfy up there so he started to come back into the nest ... aaaaaand ... vomitus eruptus. All over me, himself, and that down comforter.

crap. (it doesn't fit in my washing machine so it's currently in "time out" on the porch. disgusting.)

You can buy special down laundry soap.  Use that and a front loader washing machine.
