What do you use to make your life easier?

For me, it?s my iphone; which I broke over the weekend and now on the waiting list for a new one.  It?s been two days without my phone and I feel so lost without it.  My phone is my everything; it?s my best friend/personally assistance/office/camera/entertainment/TV/music/address book/cell phone which I need in order to be a wife/mother/daughter/sister/friend/party planner/ bill lady/ maid/full time worker/godmother and goddaughter/ bridesmaid/aunt/church volunteered/chef

 

So what do you use or need to help you as a working mom get thru your day?

    Right after DS was born, I put a calendar on the wall with huge spaces for every day.  DH and I both write on it, so we can keep track of everyone's work schedules, evening journal clubs, call, social events, doctors appointments, parents and friends coming down, etc. and we are never left in the lurch (i.e.  we're both scheduled to work, and have no one to care for DS).

    I love my iphone...DH loves his too.  Sucks to hear you broke yours.

    I use my Outlook calendar for even the smallest of events... it syncs to my iphone and makes my life so much better.

    Ditto the big wall calendar.  I bought a calendar from Pottery Barn years ago so we could keep up with events for the month.

    I put all doctors appts (for us and the kids), social engagements, birthdays, business trips, etc. on there so DH and I both know what's going on.

    My twins are 5! My baby is 3!

    DS#2 - Allergic to Cashew, Pistachio, Kiwi

    DS#3 - Allergic to Milk, Egg, Peanut, Tree Nuts and Sesame

    refrigerator calendar....although it only helps if DH remembers to look at it.

    I just got an IPhone about a month and a half ago, and I love it so!  Side note, we can sync Outlook to it? How?

    I love my G1 Google phone and I am with all the others on the calendar stuff.  My DH and I use an online google calendar and its great.

    I use the Google calendar too, you can sync the Google calendar with the iphone too.

    I love my iphone too, I sync it with outlook as well. For the pp who asked apple can help you set it up, I have mine set up thru work tho and apple couldnt figure it out, I had to have IT help me. Having my house cleaned also helps me a lot...

    Google calendar. DH and I post everything on it and it emails and/or send text messages to us for reminders/appointments etc. DH syncs it to his iPhone (which he is madly in love with lol).

    iGoogle. I put my to-do lists, grocery lists, shopping lists etc on it using their Sticky Notes. I also get RSS to news so at a quick glance I can get an idea of what's going on in the world.

    My dishwasher! It really helps with pump supplies and bottles.

    The alarm on my cell phone. I use it to remind me of little things during the time.

    Amazon.com and diapers.com : we order diapers, wipes, trash bags, detergent etc online.

    These boards! Great resource for new parents.
