Anyone want to go to the museum tour at the end of the month on the 31st? I'll be posting some earlier events as well once I find them. We need to visit a couple of museums and fun (preferably indoor) kid friendlay attractions before the girls pack up and leave! MLhowe- will that date even work for you, being so close to "M-Day"?

Amon Carter Interactive Tour

Interactive tour for new parents (babies and strollers welcome)

Are you in need of mental stimulation and adult conversation? Pack up the baby stroller and join us for a tour designed to introduce new parents (with babies in tow) to a variety of artworks at the Carter. This free tour is most appropriate for parents with pre-toddlers, and refreshments will be provided after the program.

Tour begins outside the Museum Store. Reservations are not required, but we recommend that parents call 817.989.5031 to receive helpful instructions. Parents are encouraged to park in the lot on Lancaster Avenue, south of the museum, and enter the museum through the accessible Lancaster entrance.

Sounds fun, but I'll have to check with DH. We might be going out of town around then. Also, sorry I wasn't more chatty at the library...I woke up that morning with TERRIBLE cramps, and had taken a hydrocodone (which is why DH drove me!)

I'll let you know when I find out about our vacation plans!

Carloine- It's okay, we left from storytime to go to a funeral, so I was distracted by that. We'll get to chat at the MNO Friday!!

I can't go then, we will be loading the moving truck that day & then leaving Sat morning.    BOO.   Maybe we can do a gtg at boomerangs in Hurst, it's a small fee like $3 & they have a toddler play area as well as bounce houses. We met pjoann at the Flower Mound location & had a great time!!

I'm been meaning to text you to see if you were ok.  You didn't seem yourself at story time.  Glad that it was just cramps and nothing worse.
