You're at work and you feel like you are going to pass out. That is how I feel today. I tried eating something, then I tried drinking ice water, and now I am drinking a coke. I thought maybe the sugar would help. No dice.
Any suggestions?

Yeah. What about some peanut butter crackers? Do you have a vending machine you could get some from?
I do have low blood pressure. I tried some cheese crackers. Maybe I do need some protein. I might be taking an early lunch and go home for a while. eew.
