In-home babysitter for new baby- staten island

Anyone have any recommendations on how i can find one?

I am looking for someone to watch my baby 3 days a week in my home.  My daughter will be 4 months old in September when i need someone.  I need someone on Mondays from 7am-7pm, Wed from 7am-1pm and Fri from 12pm-7pm.

 what do you think is a reasonable cost for this?

I'm very interested in this as well.  I just joined sittercity.com and will start interviewing babysitters next month.  It seems that 10-15 bucks an hour is the going rate.  I guess you can go by word of mouth, ask around at your local church or gym??? Good luck!
