More Sex talk...

I just scheduled my 18 week appt and I don't know if I can wait that long!  Is/was anyone way more excited/nervous to find out what #2 is?? I'm kinda thinking that if we're having a girl, 2 may be it for us. But if we have another boy we may want to have one more in a few years. I'm really not hoping for one sex over another...but I am so anxious to find out!!!!! Esp with reading the big u/s results!

I was really anxious. ?With #1 I just *knew* he was a boy, so the big u/s was just for confirmation. ?This time around I didn't have a feeling one way or the other. ?I thought I was completely cool either way with a boy or a girl, but when we saw we were having another boy, I was surprised that I was a little bit sad it wasn't a girl. ?But, that only lasted about a day and now I am thrilled that Kermie will be having a little brother, especially since they will be so close in age. ?: )

We waited to find out until DS was born that he was a boy.  We thought he was a boy based on a bunch of stuff and our own intuition; but were so exited to hear when he was born.  (1st boy in my family in 2 generations/40 years).

This time I'm hoping for another boy; but only because I want at least 3 and I think DH will want to quit after two if it's a girl.  At the same time; I keep seeing these little outfits and I melt when I think about having a little daughter.  I will be so happy either way.

The first time I made DH wait and not find out with me.  (I told him he could know if he kept his mouth shut; but of course he knows he wouldnt' be able to.)  Now I want to know and DH wants to wait...we'll see if he has patience when it comes closer to the big u/s.
