My DD (at age 6) suggested this name and I fell in love w/ it. Hubby vetoes it pretty quick so it's no longer on our list- just wondering what others think of this name. Seems so cute and feminine to me!

i must have met someone with this name and had a bad association because i don't like it but i'm not sure why.

Although it sounds nice, I knew a girl named Felicia who was crazy, so I shudder a bit when I think of the name.

All, as in every single one, of the Felicias that I ever met have been slutty. I don't like the name due to my negative associations with it.

Honestly, I'd probably let a 6 year old name the family dog.. maybe. Unless it's really weird. (Like the huge Great Dane down the street named Buzz Lightyear.)

I'd prefer the variations Felicity or Alicia.

I like felicity as an alternative to felicia. But not the name itself because of bad association.
