Need Help Planning A Girls Week-end

Hi Ladies - I'm hoping I can get some great suggestions. My girlfriends from college all want to plan a get together in August and since Dallas is centrally located they all want to come here.  While I'm super excited to see everyone the planning falls on me since I live here - but it's so hot here I have no idea what to plan and I've been stuck in baby world for the last two years so I don't even know what is cool anymore.  We are staying at the W thanks to one of the girls husbands who has points but even hanging by the pool there sounds too hot and we're all mid-30s moms - I'm not sure if our egos (okay I know my ego can't) can take the perfect bodies that are bound to roaming the W pool.

 Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated?  I have friends coming in from Boston, San Fransico and New York so I want to make it hip and fun.

We are planning my sisters bachelorette party around legacy drive in Plano.  There are a bunch of restaurants, shops, nightclubs...ect.

edit: since you will be close to downtown then McKinney Avenue is a cool area.  There are a bunch of places to eat.  I think Primos is supposed to be a cool little place.

This place is really cool... It is very trendy (and spendy LOL) I would love to head back there again soon.
