When Ty was 7, I bought him a Game Boy Color. He is almost 16 and still f*cking plays Pokemon.

DS is 9 he likes anything Star Wars the Clone Wars he also likes his Nintendo DS.

I don't have boys but I always buy them legos or books (Harry Potter, Magic Treehouse, the Super Fudge series).

If he has an iPod, get him an iTunes gift card or a Best Buy gift card or Borders if he's into books. I know gc's aren't a lot of peoples things but if you're at a loss then I'd do a gc.
