He came home from work the other day and stated that if our LO is a girl we should name her STARLA!!!!! He's a huge fan of the Smashing Pumpkins and that's the title of one of their songs.  I told him that the name reminded me of the body building he/she from Napoleon Dynamite. Funny thing is we've already got a girl's name picked out that we both love.  DH cracks me up!

I often feel this way about my DH when it comes to names.  He likes Huck or Cain (yes as in Cain and Abel) for DS#2.    I'm pushing for Oliver instead.

Okay, I know a girl named Starla.  She had a baby when she was 17 that she named Fancy.  And I would not be surprised at all if she became a stripper/hooker.  I know it's stereotypical, but sometimes stereotypes are there for a reason.  The Starla that I know fits the stereotype perfectly.  Tell your DH no way!
