Holidays always do this to me

Most of the holidays are a reminder of what I don't have. Anyone know what I mean? No kids to chase around the pool or to have people oooh and awww over at family events. Hate feeling like this, but it's the truth.

I know tomorrow will be better, but it's still today.

I know what you mean.  I keep thinking I wish I had adorable pics of tiny red, white, and blue outfits and all that today, but instead its just DH and I sitting around.

Yeah, I just got back from the pool and was introduced to a two-,month-old newborn. Mom and dad were very proud. It was killing me.
