How did you do it? Just put a little bit of hot water in a bath and sit there for 10-20 minutes???

Yes, unless they gave you one of the toilet sitz baths.  Make the water as hot as you can stand it. It really helps.

see if you can get one of those tubs from the hospital...and pour witch hazel into the bag!

I tried to do it twice a day for the first 2 weeks or so it was so nice.

They gave me the toilet one in the hospital to use there and take home.  Don't forget epsom salts.

We bought one at CVS (I think DH got it from the pharmacist) for like $10.  I also added epsom salts to the water, which helped a lot.
