Good morning...
?
My husband and I just moved to Dallas this week and I'm due at the end of August. ?I'm wondering if there are any cutesy kids stores in our area. I don't know Dallas at all, but do know I live in the West Village. Any suggestions or even a good website that would be a good resource for finding stores (and restaurants) in the area? Thanks!?
Re: Children's boutiques in the West Village/Uptown
Mod + Mini at Preston and Royal is cute.
Baby Bliss is in Snider Plaza https://www.shopbabybliss.com/
There is also Haute Baby and The Magic Moon on Lovers Lane - depends on what you are looking for.
I don't know of anything specifically in West Village/uptown, but there HAS to be. I am off to search for you.
I live in Uptown and I'm afraid you are out of luck. Baby Bliss is the closest. There's another one in Snider Plaza that is pretty good too. There's a Froggies Toy store that is on Knox and 75 that has some toys (the Froggie's in West Village is more adult oriented) and then a few places on Lover's Lane that the previous poster mentioned as well as a Unique Toys. At Preston and Northwest Highway (SE Corner) there's a children's boutique and a Pickles and Icecream. I like both of those places. My favorite place - Rite Start - closed.
Hope that helps.
Draven - Yesterday I drove past where Right Start used to be on Lovers, and a sign in the window said, "Coming Soon Right Start"
I don't fully understand as I went to their closing "everything has to go" sale, but I know I will keep my eyes on the progress!
