I've also heard that frequent bubble baths can cause UTIs in girls. Sometimes I squeeze a little of DD's baby wash in the water to make some bubbles, but I don't do it very often.
Johnson and Johnson just came out with a new extra gentle bubble bath that is safe for daily use in boys AND girls (and clinically tested to NOT cause UTIs). The bubbles are actually a gentle body wash too. It doesn't create as many bubbles as a typical bubble bath would, but it's enough to make DD happy. We use it everytime DD gets a bath and have had no problems. I forget the specific name of the bubble bath, but it's in a blue bottle and says "new" on it.
California Baby also makes an ultrasensitive bubble bath, but I wasn't able to find it anywhere.
