Prayers Needed

My daughter was put in the hospital yesterday for contractions.  She thought that it was round ligament pain.  So this may have been going on for two weeks.  They  gave her medicine to stop the contractions.  Today she sees the peri.  Her OB thinks she will have a clerclage and bed rest. She is a day or two shy of 20 weeks.  She also has placenta previa.   She started all of this with ovarian hyper-stimulation.  My baby girl and her babies need a break.

I remember you saying that she works a lot... hopefully some sort of bed rest will help.

So sorry to hear this!  I was put in the hospital at 23w for a shortened cervix.  I was also put on mild meds to "keep things calm".  I made it to 35w6d (ultimately, I was induced!).  I hope that your daughter gets a break & has an uneventful pg from here out.
