It's primarily the pineapple core that is supposed to aid in implantaion. For IVF, I was told to cut up a whole pineapple and eat it over a 3-day period (including the core). I had heard that from a number of people including my acupuncturist.
Yes eat the core. You cut into 1/5s and eat a 1/5 a day after IUI (I believe). I am going to try pomegranate juice this cycle since my lining is probably my issue. And I am going to incorporate the pineapple into a smoothie each day!

I have tried this before, obviously didn't work :P but may try it again, it can't hurt. my friend did it and is now 6 months along. I just made it in a shake and it wasn't too bad.

yes, I've heard of it--I did it w/the cycle we had DD....should've done it this cycle (oh, I didnt eat the core, just lots of canned pinapple. My RE laughed at me....)
Re: Pineapple helping with Implantation???
Doyous&Idos did it last cycle and got a BFP...
Could just be coincidence, but now Pineapple core is on my shopping list
I asked my RE about it on Tuesday and she said she hadn't heard that one!
I think this one falls under the "I have no idea if it works, but it can't hurt to try" category.
Pineapple is on my 2ww shopping list this time around - just in case.
I made smoothies out of the core days 1-5 after ET. I got a bfp but ended up with a c/p.

i think pineapple CORE wouldn't taste good so i definitely won't even bother with it.
all these tricks and tips could just be?coincidental. ?who knows though, i guess it can't hurt but you won't see me eating the core!?
