Tiny bumps on baby's arms/legs

They aren't red and don't seem to bother her, only me.  Is this considered baby acne, or something else?  Thanks.

My Lo had this and we changed bath wash and also started using loition. It cleared in a few weeks.

Might be baby eczema. Just keep it moisturized until next dr. visit when you can ask. Aquaphor does the trick for us when reg. lotion wont help.

 This. DD's just started turning red this week, so stopped giving her daily baths and have been moisturizing with every diaper change. It's already clearing up after a few days.
