DS naps every day for 1-1.5 hrs but lately he's been staying up until 9:30-10 p.m. every night and still wakes in the morning between 6:30 and 7:00. He used to sleep from about 7:30/8:00-6:30/7:00.
Do you think it is time to give up the nap and do earlier bedtime? Or should I start his nap earlier? Or is it just a phase and I should wait it out?
