Umbrella clamp

I'm trying to find a low cost way to attach an umbrella to DS's stroller.  Does anyone know of a contraption that can hook onto a stroller and hold up an umbrella?  I already have a large umbrella so all I need is the clamp.

we found one at BRU.  It is a clamp w/ umbrella that can screw on and off.

I'm not quite sure how your whole thing is set up, but could you just use a zip-tie? They sell them at hardware stores for next to nothing.
