Help! I need gift ideas!

Two of my nieces have birthdays coming up and when I asked my SIL what they want/need this is all she gave me:

Morgan (turning 5)- Miley Cyrus

Reagan (turning 2)- hats and balls

When I asked for clarification I didn't get a response. ?I don't know what the heck to get them based on these "suggestions". ?Any ideas? ?TIA!?

For the 2 year old, go to a JCPenny or Sears and find the silliest, ugliest hats you can find on clearance (in the "old lady" section).  She'd probably LOVE them.
