"Cure" for high sugar!

Whenever I feel like I ate too much and my sugar is going to be high, I?vacuum?my living room and it winds up ok! Just thought I'd share!!!! :)

    I did that tonight....I'm due to test in about a half hour for my 2hr post dinner.  I'm interested to see how my vacuuming affected things.  (I also had prenatal water aerobics tonight (before I ate.)

    I guess any kind of exercise will help. ?I had a HUGE plate of pasta one night and went for a walk right after... my sugar was 78 after!!! ?
