I just read your reply to my post re: Passports. I'd start with France because that's where you're living now and where the baby will be born (if I remember correctly). I still don't have Canadian passports for our kids - that's my project for August, along ewith figuring out my US citizenship stuff.

Actually, we're in Canada now, so I guess Canadian first!  It's Quebec, so I understand your confusion there.
