So I orderd a package 2 weeks ago that should have been deliverd 3 days later. When it was not, I called the shipper and they said they had lost the package and offerd no customer support. I called the company and they sent me a new package at no charge... however... today both packages show up at my door step. I am not sure what to do, call the company at the risk of having to pay to send the package back, or wait to see if extra charges show up on my credit card. WWYD? I feel like a horrible person for asking but I really don't want to get stuck paying shipping again when the shipper "lost" the 1st package.

I would return one.

This happened to me before. They told me to just keep it. You should not be responsible for having to go through the hassle to ship back when it was not your fault.

Can't you write Return to Sender on the package without paying postage?
