lap update

Dear Bumpies,

My lap and hystroscopy etc etc is completed. Started at 11:30 home by two and I am just resting now. It is hard to believe a few hours ago I had surgery!!

Here are the results: no fibroid or tumor like they thought...multilple polyps, 2 cysts and some endometriosis blocking the most of the left falopian tube. RE removed everything. He said he was not expecting what he found but my "ute is now clean and read to make a baby! "

Cool thing he gave my dh some pics of my female parts...I am a nurse so I love that.

I feel fine but am cautious about that..The only think that hurts is the dressing in my pubes. It is like pulling them or something. Not inside hurt but like funny bandaid position hurts..

OH and to the person asking a bout the lap and bfp...I had a serum pg test on thursday and they did a urine pg test as soon as they started prepping me for surgery.

    I'm glad that your surgery went well and that your ute and tube are cleaned up and ready to go. 

    I think that is cool that you get to see your lady parts. I went to a urologist once and got to see the inside of my bladder, that was way cool too.

    Glad to hear the surgery went well and you're cleared out and ready to go!  I can't imagine what it's going to be like to remove your dressing--I guess like getting a bikini wax.  Thinking about the constant pulling right now just makes me cringe.

    That's great news!  I had mine last wednesday but at night.  The belly button hurts worse than anything, really.  Just a warning - I thought "this is going to be a breeze, I'll be better in a couple of days" when I woke up the next morning.  But once the anesthesia completely wore off I felt kind of crappy.  So make sure you take it easy!

    My left tube was also bad.  Is that a coincidence or maybe a common side?  Well I hope this is it for us : )
