I'd pronounce it Alayse. ?Like the hair removal treatment. ?It looks sort of like Anais with an L.

I had the same question with the name 'Alois' awhile back.  I saw in the birth section of the local newspaper where someone named their baby Chase Alois and his middle name stumped me.

This is pronounced Al-wah.  I'm not sure about OP's name.

At first glance I thought it said Alias. I would pronounce it "Uh - lie - es"
