Hey,
You said you work at St V's right? Where do you work there? I was wondering if you know exactly what they end up sending you home with after you have your baby. Some people were telling me that some hospitals send you home with a diaper bag so you don't need to bring one and some other stuff. So I was just wondering if you had any idea. Or if anyone else has delivered there if they know. TIA!

Re: ChrisnTris (or anyone that delivered at StV's)
Hey! I work in LD, so we give you a peri bottle, pads (big and small ones, with sticky backs), lots of mesh panties (but still ask for more pairs to take home), tucks and spray and some diapers, wipes ect... Also a pump kit if you plan on breastfeeding. HTH!
Raid your crib drawers and ask for extra of the things listed above so you can take them home

I delivered at Kaiser Sunnyside, but wanted to tell you... mention to your nurse that you would like samples of stuff, and they give you millions of things! We got: 4 baby hats, 2 pairs of socks, 2 20 packs of Pampers Swaddlers, a pack of wipes, 2 white onesies, a handmade blanket and hat set, and about a 10 pack of giant pads for me.
For the baby, seriously all you need to bring is a going home outfit...they will provide everything else that you could possibly need for your stay.
ooppps.. sorry i misread the post, i thought you asked "when" they sent you home, instead of what. Sorrry!
