Bug Bomb - Problem?

My mother is freaking out and has called me 9 times today to see if I was able to talk to my doctor yet today because she told me to call and ask them about the following...

My husband and I are planning on going with my parents to Lake George next weekend in their motor home.  When they opened the motor home this past Monday, it had been infested with ants over the winter apparently, so they did a bug bomb, or a fog, or something like that.  And there are a few still there, so they want to bomb it one more time today, but won't until I talk to my doctor, since there's only a few they have seen.

My husband and I will not be sleeping in the motor home till next Thursday.

While waiting for the doctor to return my call, what are your thoughts?

1) Tell them not to bomb it again and it should be safe (full cleaning and what not obviously)
2) Bomb again, clean, everything will be fine
3) Hubby and I shouldn't stay in the motor home now at all?
4) Other ideas?  Thoughts?

My parents are complete neat freaks, so I know every square inch of the motor home will be immaculate, regardless.  And as a side note, I feel so bad for my parents, they just bought this motor home brand new a few months ago!  Just thier luck with the ants!

I know the problem... we've got some "bug" probs down in our basement and we want to bomb, but it's also where our A/C is and I'm kinda freaking out about it getting into the rest of the house.

However, I think that if they bomb it, clean it thoroughly, and then let it air out until you get there, it should be fine. If I were them, I would probably wait until you talked to the Dr.... just 'cause parents are like that! HTH!

our exterminator told us that all those chemicals are usually pet and child safe, however he would strongly reccomend just following the instructions and letting them air out and cleaning afterwards. 

 I responded to your post cause I'm going to be in Lake George on Thursday, my friend's grandparents have a house in Ti and a house in Hague, and then we're staying in Bolton with my family for the following week.  Have a blast up there!

Nice!  When I was a kid, we would always camp up there, near the village, at Hearthstone (I think?) campground.  Now that they have the motor home, they go to an RV park by Great Escape.  I can't wait, it'll be like old times!
